ASMV=01 à 16*(1/2M) = 8us
ASMV=10 à 16*(1/1M) = 16us
ASMV=11 à 16*(1/0.5M) = 32us
Ramp up time 公式= 16x ramp clock period
EX: ASMV=11，16*(1/0.5M)=32us
Ramp down time 公式= 16x ramp clock period+(8xPDNTXS)
EX: ASMV=11，16*(1/0.5M)+(8*1)=40us
PDL公式正確，表格標示有誤
EX: PDL=1，Delay=20*(1)*(0+1)=20us
